My Story
Jasmine Charmaine stands as a beacon of transformation, seamlessly blending her passion for home organization with a profound journey of self-discovery. With a foundation built on home organizational training from the National Association of Productivity and Organizing and specialized expertise in ADHD home management from the Institute of Challenging Disorganization, Jasmine possesses a unique ability to bring order to chaos with both skill and empathy.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jasmine’s personal journey sets her apart. As a proud mother and relentless dream-chaser, she accepted her ADHD diagnosis in her thirties and charted a new course in life as an undergraduate student, on a mission to become a clinical psychologist.
Inspired by her own experiences and a deep understanding of the historical neglect of girls and women in discussions about ADHD within clinical and research settings, Jasmine is committed to reshaping the narrative and providing support to those who have felt overlooked and misunderstood.
With her blend of personal insight, academic prowess, and organizational skills, Jasmine seeks to offer guidance and support to women navigating the complexities of ADHD in adulthood.
As a speaker, Jasmine invites audiences to join her on a transformative journey of acceptance, empowerment, and liberation from societal expectations and ADHD shame. Her story serves as a testament to the power of faith, authenticity, and the unwavering belief in one’s potential to not only survive but to thrive in the face of adversity.
When you accept how you’re wired, you create space to explore life with ADHD on your own terms—what’s working, what’s not working, and what can be adjusted. It’s a journey of self-discovery that reveals a profound truth: you were always enough, just as you are
