About Jasmine Charmaine

Jasmine Charmaine is a speaker, consultant, and professional organizer who helps high-functioning women with ADHD stop spiraling and build structure that actually fits their life.

After being diagnosed with ADHD in her thirties, Jasmine made the decision to stop pretending and start over. She went back to school to become a clinical psychologist and built a business that bridges what she knows professionally with what she lives every day. Her work is rooted in experience, backed by training through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

She’s also the founder of “I Can ADHD” a coaching program that helps teen and young adult  students navigate ADHD with tools that are realistic.

She specializes in helping women who look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly overwhelmed. Her message is clear: you don’t need more willpower—you need structure that works for how you’re wired.

As a speaker, Jasmine doesn’t just share tools. She tells the truth about what it means to live with ADHD, untangle shame, and finally feel whole for the first time in your life. Her story is for women who are tired of managing and ready to rebuild.

Whether she’s consulting, organizing, or speaking to a crowd, Jasmine’s presence is honest, direct, and deeply empowering. She’s not here to help you fit in. She’s here to help you feel like yourself.

ADHD acceptance isn’t about getting others to see or understand you. It’s about you finally seeing and understanding yourself. That’s the moment when everything changes. That’s when you stop pretending and start living.
